With food, drinks and good company aplenty, it was a fabulous night celebrating the launch of jewellery designer Kevin Thorne into The Shelter 
People flocked into the store on the evening of Thursday, May 5th to have the opportunity to view and purchase some of Kevin's beautiful pieces. Ranging from pearl earrings to chain-link necklaces embellished with crystals and gemstones, there was truly an item for everyone to fall in love with.
Not only was everyone spoiled with trying on Kevin's range, but they were also treated to delicious drinks and food courtesy of Pasqua Proseco, Dedwood Deli and Scapegrace.
People gathered around to talk to Kevin about his design process, mingled with each other and all had many laughs and grins on their faces as Kevin and Vicki both gave a short speech to everyone who stopped by.
Guests were extra lucky that evening, as anyone who purchased a piece of Kevin's automatically went into the draw to win a $400 Kevin Thorne Voucher. Customers were given a piece of ribbon to write their details to hang on the tree sitting in the heart of The Shelter. Whoever's ribbon got picked off the tree after the even would be the winner.
It was truly a wonderful evening, and we want to thank everyone who helped out or came by for making this event such a success.
